Indoor and Outdoor Storage
We provide indoor and outdoor storage at Stone House Farm in Jordan, MN for items on wheels, such as boats, campers, trailers, vehicles, fish houses, or snowmobiles. The farm is private property—must contact us in advance before entering.

TERMS:
Start anytime if space available. 3 mo min.
Summer term: Apr. 20 - Oct. 20 (6 mos)
Winter term: Oct. 20 - Apr. 20 (6 mos)
RATE: Monthly rate is calculated on the overall length of storage item, including trailer tongue. No tax.
Indoor:
$6.00/ft. $99/mo min.Outdoor:
$55/mo: empty boat trailers
$65/mo: 10’ – 20’
$75/mo: 21’ – 25’
$85/mo: 26’ – 30’
ACCESS: With advance notice, we can provide one or two in/out accesses per month during non-winter months. We pull out and put back all indoor items and put back outdoor items. Add $.75 to indoor rate and $10 to outdoor rate for our time/labor. More details on access.
STORAGE AGREEMENT / PAYMENT: Signed storage agreement and payment is required to reserve a space. We accept Venmo, check, cash, Zelle, Apple Pay, PayPal, and credit card.
SHRINK WRAPPING: Professional service available to shrink wrap your boat at the farm. Rate is about $22/ft based on length of boat.
MISC:
Items should be under 30’, towable by trailer hitch or drivable, and in good condition (i.e. no wrecked items).
We do not allow working on storage items at farm.
Battery tenders allowed indoor. No electricity outdoor. Buildings have some concrete floors, some gravel. Not climate controlled.
