TERMS:

• Start anytime if space available. 3 mo min.

• Summer term: Apr. 20 - Oct. 20 (6 mos)

• Winter term: Oct. 20 - Apr. 20 (6 mos)

RATE: Monthly rate is calculated on the overall length of storage item, including trailer tongue. No tax.

• Indoor:
  $6.95/ft. $109/mo min.

• Outdoor:
  $60/mo: empty boat trailers
  $69/mo: 10’ – 20’
  $79/mo: 21’ – 25’
  $89/mo: 26’ – 30’

ACCESS: With advance notice, we can provide occasional in/out during non-winter months. We pull out and put in all indoor items. Customers pick up outdoor items, and once dropped off, we park them. If you need more regular in/out access (like more than once per month), there is a $25/mo surcharge indoors and $1o/mo outdoors for our time and equipment expense (i.e. we use a Bobcat to move storage items).

STORAGE AGREEMENT / PAYMENT: Signed storage agreement and payment is required to reserve a space. We accept Venmo, check, cash, Zelle, Apple Pay, PayPal, and credit card.

SHRINK WRAPPING: Professional service available to shrink wrap your boat at the farm. Contact us for current rate.

MISC: 

• Items should be under 30’, towable by trailer hitch or drivable, and in good condition (i.e. no wrecked items).

• We do not allow working on storage items at farm.

• Battery tenders allowed indoor. No electricity outdoor. Buildings have some concrete floors, some gravel. Not climate controlled.
